Acceptable Use Policy

1. General Prohibitions

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes prohibited uses of the services offered by NexusFlow. We may suspend or terminate your use of the services if you are found to be in violation of this policy. You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to use, the Services for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or offensive use.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to engage in, or to promote, any of the following activities:

• Sending unsolicited messages (spam).
• Transmitting any material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene.
• Distributing viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Engaging in any activity that is harmful to our systems, our customers, or the public.

3. Compliance with WhatsApp Policies

Your use of the service must strictly comply with all policies set forth by Meta for the WhatsApp Business Platform, including the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Violation of these policies will be considered a violation of our AUP.
