1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. These terms govern your access to and use of the NexusFlow platform, APIs, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Service"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. The Service

NexusFlow provides a platform to manage WhatsApp Business communications. You are responsible for your conduct and any data, text, or content you create, transmit or display while using the Service. You must also comply with all applicable terms and policies from Meta, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. We will bill you on a subscription basis. All payments are non-refundable. If you fail to pay your fees on time, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
